I believe the most important thing in my business is people who believe what I believe. People who are prepared to think, consider, embrace and act with compassion, focus, intelligence and vision.
When you sign a management authority with an Agent to look after what is probably one of your most important financial assets, what should your considerations be? I know what society has sanctioned as the items that you should consider, but I want to talk about a deeper consideration that ANYONE should have before they sign the agreement.
You probably met with a few property managers, you probably weighed up things like fees, marketing costs, what they thought you could achieve in terms of a rental yield, whether you had a ‘good feeling’ about them and maybe even you did some online research and checked out some reviews. These are all valid items of consideration and all worthy of discussion and comparison…but, should this be it?
If you share a similar belief to me, then you will know that people are powerful, influential and have intrinsic skillsets in certain fields. A Real Estate company worthy of your consideration must have powerful resources (people) to be able to fulfil their promise.

I always view our business as if I was the investor shopping for a property manager, I look at our business structure, our processes, our people and ask myself an honest question..would I give my property to us? I can honestly answer yes because of one simple fact – I trust them. I know our business structure is great, I know I have the right people in the right places and I know that should anything go wrong, they have support and a skillset to make it right.
I know if you are reading this and you may also be looking for a property manager, maybe you are not happy with your current one or it is your first time as an investor (which can be a daunting time) you are not looking for me to tell you to trust us. Trust is earnt, not just given anymore. I just want you to know what we believe in and maybe if you are like us, you too will look deeper into who you are going to do business with.
