We recently approached thought leaders real estate agents to manage our rental property as this was our first investment property to date. We were swiftly put into contact with new business manager Liana Fillipone. As this was our second attempt at getting our property to market because off an unreliable other estate company, Liana quickly assured us about there gaurantees of a "return contact within 24 hours" and various other benefits you get when choosing Thought Leaders property managers. Liana promptly made us feel confident in giving them the opportunity in managing our property. Liana sounded on the ball, knew what she was talking about, professional and very prompt. Very shortly after we initially spoke to Liana we met with her at our property for her to inspect and introduce ourselves. After this Liana went away and valuated our home as too what she reasonably thought we could rent it for. Comparing what else was currently on offer and bearing all the other facts such as a slow rental market, quite a few on the market ect Liana basically told us what in her opinion we could rent it for fairly quickly and without much delay. And we agreed because this was exactly what we were after. Liana got back to us pretty promptly and we made an appointment to go meet with her in there office. Bearing in mind this was just a few days before Christmas, Liana came up with a plan to make best use of the timing of Christmas/new year period to make maximum use of marketing to potential renters. Which worked brilliantly and we were able to get our rental property rented within 1 week which is awesome.
