Thought Leaders Real Estate was never going to live up to it's name unless we actually lived by our words and continue to innovate and lead our industry. We just had our 3 month anniversary of being an inpendant Agency, I am proud of our achievements in such a short time however I am also truly excited for our future with some seriously driven and talented people as part of our journey with genuine belief in our purpose. I wanted to share our achievements thus far:

  • We have completely rebranded every aspect of our business with focus being placed on ensuring we are current in our branding but also allowing for individuality. We also have ensured that property specific marketing has remained property focused.
  • The implementation of Industry best client management software for our sales department to give our customers the most efficient experience. This system also increases our marketing reach, our staff are now able to effectively manage detailed information and client requirements, communicate faster and better than ever before.
  • Launching of WA first Elite Agent Websites.
  • Launching of WA first advanced internet marketing for property - this has been an exciting and truly remarkable space for us to reach into and with the power of such software, our agents have a distinct and large advantage in the world of digital property marketing. The direct beneficiary will be our sellers as we take their properties and place them in front of more buyers.
  • Lastly, implementation of the finest cloud based software solution for our investment property clients. They now enjoy complete transparency in their dealings with us by having access to their property data 24/7. They can even invite their accountants to the platform to gather all necessary information at tax time. Our tenants now too have access to all their relevent tenancy information and can communicate with their portfolio manager via instant messaging.

Significant changes are required to ensure we are at the forefront and remain current to consumers. We have a raft of plans to maintain and excel in our industry and forever be Focused. Intelligent. Compassionate. Visionary.
