Chris has become an integral part of the asset management division at Thought Leaders Real Estate, his job role is our dedicated Leasing Manager. This is such an important piece of our business as effective leasing not only can increase the income of your investment property but it also minimises vacant periods.
Chris's attitude to his role is nothing short of phenomenal, he just gets what investors want and knows how to extract the best price from the market, find the best tenant and negotiate the best terms for our owners.
Thought Leaders Real Estate leased 121 properties in 2019 placing us in the top 20% of Agencies in the state for properties leased and days on market as awarded by REIWA. A feat achieved in no small part by the hard work and dedication of the whole Asset Management team at Thought Leaders Real Estate.
Working closely with Liana in New Business and our superstar Property Managers to ensure that our owners are getting the very best rental return and the absolute minimum of vacancy periods, Chris excels in all departments.
