You have nothing without Purpose

What have you really got in your professional life without Purpose? Saying that, what is your client experience going to be when there is not one?

At Thought Leaders, we often talk about Purpose. We talk about it in the sense of that if you were a client looking to engage our services in either a Sales, Asset Management or a Finance capacity, what do we stand for? Why do we exist?

I guess that Purpose has a seriously positive impact on every aspect of our actions, service levels and performance, because, when we have a Pupose we tend to be Purposeful in all that we do.

Let's use a sales agent as an example whom lists and sells property in a suburb. Having purpose, which will in turn lead to them acting purposefully has an inmeasurable impact on the values of every single owners home in that suburb. Crazy to think, that 1 person could be completely detrimental or an absolute advocate and drive prices higher, this all comes from Purpose.

I believe that energy, passion and a serious desire for amazing results should be close to all professional Real Estate peoples hearts. For too long, many of our markets have not had enough valid choices when it comes to Real Estate Professionals servicing the respective markets, whether that be in a Sales or Asset Management capacity.

Purpose should look like this, it should be to stop doing average, accept and embrace changes, quit the negative attitudes and triple down on making an impact on the clients assets we service. This means providing a level of service second to none, providing proper, proven and meaningful strategies to ensure maximum prices and yields are achieved and most importantly bring industry leading marketing and understanding to all our clients.

We should be so passionately focused to lift the standards of property marketing in all markets for one reason, to protect the integrity of values in our markets, that is our role, that is our value proposition as an industry.

We are here to change it, we are here to take control and place it back in the hands of clients, markets do not dictate everything, this is what you hire a real estate agent for, not to just sell your home or lease your investment, but to have purpose and use it to act purposefully.
